You talk to fleet owners every day. Now get paid for it.
FLX Trucking runs dispatch for Amazon Relay and DAT carriers on a flat 3%. Send us a fleet owner who's a fit — once they sign, you get paid: per lead, per meeting, and per truck. In cash.
One lead, tracked end to end.
You can see exactly where a referral is and when it turns into money. Nothing about the payout is discretionary.
- 1
You introduce
One sentence to a fleet owner who runs Amazon Relay or brokered freight.
- 2
We qualify
We talk to the owner and move them to a demo call — or straight to a trial.
- 3
Two-week trial
They run with our dispatchers. At the end we ask the owner directly: is this working, do we continue?
If they walk, nothing is owed — the lead just drops off the board.
- 4
They stay
The fleet keeps dispatching with us. That is what triggers your success fee — one payment per truck they brought.
You get paid
In full, in cash. Up to 10 trucks after month two, more than 10 after month three.
What an intro sounds like
You are not selling dispatch and you never quote a rate. One line inside a conversation you were already having is the whole job.
Warm referral
“I have good partners in dispatching — want me to introduce you?”
Warmed-up handover
“We work with FLX Trucking — strong dispatchers. Want me to connect you so you can hear the terms?”
How you get in, and how you move up.
There is nothing to negotiate. Getting in takes one form, and your tier is decided by three numbers you can count yourself.
Becoming a partner
- 1
Send the application
Name, a contact we can reach you on, and the industry you work in. No fee, no exclusivity, no monthly quota.
- 2
We get in touch
A short call to agree what a good lead looks like and how you want to introduce us. Usually within a few days.
- 3
You start at New Partner
The rate card opens and your first lead can go in the same day. Everyone starts on the same rung.
Who this works for
Anyone already talking to fleet owners every week.
Moving up the tiers
Your tier is reviewed on the last day of every calendar month, on three numbers and nothing else.
- 01
Submitted leads
Fleet owners you send us in a calendar month.
- 02
Qualified leads
The ones that match our ICP and pass qualification.
- 03
Meetings held
Qualified leads we actually got on a call with.
Hit all three numbers above yours
You move up at the month's close and every payout in the new column applies — including leads already in the pipeline.
Fall short of your own tier
You drop to the tier your month actually matches. No penalties and no lock-in — the next month can put you straight back.
One table decides everything.
What you bring in a calendar month sets your tier, and your tier sets every payout. Same table, top to bottom — pick a tier to isolate it.

One fleet. Four different payouts.
Set the size of a fleet you could bring and the tier you are on. The success fee is paid once per truck, after the fleet signs.
Not sure? Everyone starts at New Partner.
You earn on this fleet
10 trucks × per truck — New Partner rate for a fleet of 7 to 10 trucks.
Paid once, in cash. Bring a second fleet and it starts again.

Success fee only, and it is one payment per truck — not a monthly one. Payouts for qualified leads and held meetings sit on top of this and are not counted here. Paid in full, in cash: after the second month for fleets up to 10 trucks, after the third for anything larger.
